This salad with smoked duck is made very quickly and tastes very tasty. Smoked duck can usually be bought from the butcher and your butcher can already cut the duck into nice slices. You can also buy smoked duck breast fillet at AH. Some sugar has been added to this duck breast fillet, but this is so little that it is not a problem.

Red berries

I decorate this salad with smoked duck with some red berries. You can use both fresh and frozen red berries. Frozen red berries are in the jumbo’s freezer forest fruits bags. They are handy to have in the house anyway because they are relatively low in carbohydrates and you can use the different fruits in different desserts. In such a bag are red berries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and some blueberries. Very handy, especially if you only need small quantities.
