Cruffins with cinnamon and blueberries

You might think what’s a cruffin now? A cruffin is a combination of a croissant and a muffin. You use croissant dough for this recipe and you bake the cruffin in a muffin tin. It is a delicious recipe that you can eat well for breakfast or lunch. The cruffins are both lukewarm and cold very tasty.


How to make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Roll out the croissant dough on a clean worktop.
  • Cut the dough so you have 3 squares.
  • Push the remaining dashes in the dough closed.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the dough to taste.

  • Roll up the pieces of dough.

  • Cut the rolling pins in half lengthways.

  • Grease a muffin tin or use cupcake tins.
  • Divide the pieces of dough over the muffin tin.

  • Sprinkle the blueberries over the dough.

  • Bake the cruffins for 20-25 min. until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Let the cruffins cool on a wire rack.
